Support and remote maintenance

For us, a project that has been put into operation is not complete.

Even after the commissioning of filter systems, we continue to support our customers. We provide support on a technical and biological level via remote as well as on site maintenance. To ensure that all data converges on a single platform, we have developed DANA – our database for natural pools and lakes.

Support

A biological water treatment plant is a complex ecosystem and requires professional support. In order to provide optimum support for general operational management and biochemical processes, we offer individual advice and operational monitoring, the creation of planting plans, aquatic ecology monitoring and a hotline during seasonal operation. In short: support in all aspects of plant management.

Remote maintenance

Technical systems require maintenance - but it doesn't have to be a time-consuming on-site appointment. We can access our systems live via remote maintenance and provide support for technical management issues, breakdowns or defective components; straightforward and independent of the location.
