Team seminar in Waffensen

We started this year’s team seminar, with two overnight stays, on our internal organizational development process called “Developp” from 01 to 03 December. Having learned a lot from our process consultant Nadine Portillo (www.portillo.de) in the past years about this process, we now dared to design the seminar on our own. The current goal is to shape our organization Polyplan-Kreikenbaum Group as a company with shared management and as flat hierarchies as possible, in which we all feel comfortable. In doing so, we would like to incorporate many elements from the concept of “collegial-led companies” into our company as well. At the team seminar in Waffensen (www.taranga.de), for example, we dealt with the design of our plenum and the structure or further development of our salary scale.
